Well its one of the reasons we love festivals, we get an extra holiday to spend quality times with our friends and family. And this time it made the weekend more exciting, as we are having 3 days to enjoy ourselves, especially for college students and employees.

Holi being a festival of colors creates a soothing effect on our mind. It’s a proven research that different colors trigger different parts of our brain. And when we see so many colors on Holi its a treat for our mind.

Without sweets, there is no joy in Holi, and on this day we are not worried about putting those extra calories and just attack the sweets, not keeping in mind that to shed those calories we have to work harder in the gym the next day.
