Don’t take us wrong, we mean rather than Drinking water go for flavored water. There are thousands of products in the market to go for like tang, stur etc. Drinking normal water is very boring and it’s proved research that our brain responds differently towards different colors. 3. Take a bath! EVERYDAY

I know it’s very difficult to walk those steps and go for a shower especially for the college students. But I am assuring you that the after-result are quiet awesome. You are full of energy and enthusiasm after a shower. And you know that too, it’s just those few steps towards the bathroom which creates the trouble.

4. Go for vacations, camping etc
